25th Anniversary Celebration of PT Duraquipt Cemerlang
Participant
Participants are all staff of PT Duraquipt Cemerlang (excluding internship & outsourcing staff) who will be divided into regular guests, VIPs and invited guests.
Below is a list of VIP guests and invitees who can go through the fast track lane when checking in and entering the VIP dining room:

Transportation to the venue
All participants are expected to travel to the venue independently, either using private vehicles or online transportation.
At this year's Silver Horizon event, the committee did not provide bus or shuttle services, because the event budget was focused on maximizing the participant experience and the quality of the event at the location — from facilities, entertainment, food, to the series of events that had been prepared.
Participants are advised to arrive early to anticipate traffic congestion in the Sawangan area.
Free parking for all participants attending the event
Registration & Attendance
Registration opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 3:45 PM — please arrive on time to avoid missing the opening session.
VIP participants are welcome to check-in at the registration desk in the fast track lane.
• At the time of registration, participants will receive:
▪️ 3 food stall coupons
▪️ 1 merchandise exchange coupon + door prize number
▪️ 1 bottle of mineral water
• Lost coupons cannot be replaced, because coupons are issued based on arrival check-in data.
• Merchandise exchange cannot be entrusted to someone else.
• Merchandise exchanges outside the event schedule can only be done after obtaining direct approval from the Owner.

⛔ Coupons cannot be exchanged outside of the specified hours, because all food stalls will be closed after the time session ends.
VIP Dinner Venue:
Staff who are registered as VIP guests are invited to enter the VIP dinner room during afternoon snacks, dinner, and evening coffee breaks.

Venue Area & Order
• Please ensure your mobile data (internet) connection is available on your mobile phone as there will be an interactive online game with prizes. Ensure your phone battery is fully charged during the event.
• Smoking and vaping are only allowed during the ISHOMA break in the venue area.
• For female Muslim staff, it is recommended to bring their own prayer robes to make them more comfortable when praying Maghrib.
• Do not damage or move decorations, plants, or event properties.
• Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate place according to the points provided.
• Bringing a small bag is highly recommended to facilitate mobility during the event.
• All participants are expected to remain orderly and follow the flow of the event according to the directions of the MC and committee.
Exit Gate & Merchandise Exchange
• Exit gates and merchandise exchange tables will be opened at least 45 minutes after the DJ has performed.
• DJ sessions last approximately 60–90 minutes.
• Participants can leave the venue and exchange merchandise starting from the 45th minute of the DJ performance.
• Merchandise exchanges outside the event schedule can only be done after obtaining approval from the Owner.
Documentation
The committee will take photo and video documentation during the event.
By attending this event, participants are deemed to have given permission for the use of the documentation for internal purposes and company publications.
